This website is operated by Akin Ajibade, trading as "ScaleHigher" ("ScaleHigher", "we", "us", "our"), a growth consultancy based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at akin@scalehigher.co.uk.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for that business.

3. What this website is

This website provides information about ScaleHigher's services and lets you submit an enquiry or book a call. The site, and any guidance or figures shown on it, are provided for general information only. Nothing on this website is a binding offer, a quote, or professional, financial, or legal advice.

4. No guaranteed results

Marketing and growth outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your market, product, pricing, operations, budget, and timing. Any results, case studies, figures, or examples shown on this site (including past client outcomes and advertising returns) describe specific past situations and are not a promise or guarantee of future results. Your results may differ. We do not warrant any particular revenue, return on ad spend, lead volume, or other outcome.

5. Case studies & figures

Performance figures shown on this site (such as advertising returns) reflect real past engagements and, where stated, are based on platform-attributed data only, which may not capture every factor. They are shown for illustration. They are not a representation that you or anyone else will achieve the same.

6. Enquiries & the application form

Submitting the application form or booking a call does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed. It's simply a request to start a conversation. We're selective about who we work with and may decline any enquiry at our discretion. Please make sure the information you give us is accurate.

7. Engagements are governed by a separate agreement

If we agree to work together, that work will be governed by a separate written engagement agreement or proposal covering scope, fees, deliverables, and terms. These website terms do not govern the consulting work itself — the separate agreement does. If there's any conflict, the engagement agreement wins for matters it covers.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the ScaleHigher name, logo, brand, text, design, and graphics — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our branding or content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

Use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Submit false information or impersonate someone else
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site

This site relies on and links to third-party services (such as Calendly for booking and Formspree for form delivery), and may link to other websites. We're not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

This section relates to use of the website. Liability for any consulting engagement is dealt with in the separate engagement agreement.

You agree to be responsible for any loss or claim arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you access the site from outside the UK (including the United States), you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your own local laws; nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer rights you may have in your own country.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when. By continuing to use the site after changes, you accept the updated terms.
